Although The Woodlands Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic is an out-of-network provider with most commercial insurance plans, we are happy to verify your benefits and submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy, when applicable.
Please note:

Many PPO plans may include out-of-network acupuncture benefits.

Most HMO plans do not cover services from out-of-network providers.

Coverage varies by individual plan.
Our team will inform you of your coverage and estimated benefits once verification is complete.
Veterans Affairs (VA) and TriWest Coverage
We are honored to serve our Veterans.
The Woodlands Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic is an in-network provider with TriWest Healthcare Alliance and accepts patients through the VA Community Care Network with an approved referral.
Veterans who are interested in acupuncture treatment are encouraged to contact their VA provider or TriWest Healthcare Alliance to learn more about eligibility and to request a Community Care referral for acupuncture services.
Once your referral has been approved, our office will gladly assist with scheduling and coordinating your care.
