New Patient Appointment Deposit

 

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all new patient appointments.

This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your visit, and the remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late-cancellation fee.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

 

Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee.

 

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may also be subject to the $50 late cancellation fee, as it may not be possible to accommodate the full treatment time.
