Dr. Belinda He is a board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a certified Functional Medicine practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. She is the founder of The Woodlands Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic, where she provides personalized, integrative care to help patients relieve pain, restore balance, and achieve long-term health.
Dr. He is known for her warm, attentive approach. She takes time to listen carefully, understand each patient’s unique situation, and create individualized treatment plans focused on both symptom relief and long-term healing.

Her medical training bridges centuries of traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific and functional medicine principles.
Dr. He received advanced clinical training at leading academic medical institutions in China, including:

• Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, Shaanxi, China
During her clinical training, she studied under nationally recognized medical specialists in stroke rehabilitation, reproductive medicine, and integrative oncology, gaining extensive experience in treating complex and chronic medical conditions.
Dr. He later earned her Doctor of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (DAOM) degree, completing advanced doctoral-level clinical training focused on internal medicine, women’s health, oncology support, and chronic disease management.
She is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and has pursued advanced postgraduate education in integrative and functional medicine, including:
• Integrative Oncology training through Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
• Functional Medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (AFMCP)
• Diplomate status with the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP)
• Ongoing advanced clinical training in hormonal health, longevity medicine, and root-cause functional medicine approaches
